The assessment
Practical Blueprints provides an Employability Readiness Assessment for personal reflection. It is not a scientifically validated psychometric instrument, recruitment decision, hiring guarantee, salary estimate, or professional career advice.
Understanding the score
Twenty multiple-choice questions receive equal weight. Each category contains five questions. Your score depends on the answers selected and the current scoring version. It does not compare you with a benchmark population.
Early access
Joining early access expresses interest in a future product. An improvement plan is not currently supplied. There is no payment or subscription, and no promised launch date. You may opt out of updates at any time.
Responsible use
Use the assessment for yourself, provide accurate contact information if you join early access, and do not attempt to access another person’s records, automate abusive submissions, or disrupt the service.
