What we collect
We collect your assessment answers, readiness scores, optional career and education details, a random browser identifier, and campaign attribution. After completing the test, an email is required to view your result; you may optionally provide your name. These details are linked to your assessment and are not verified. If you join early access, we also collect your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, and the time and version of your consent.
Why we collect it
We use this information to calculate your result, understand assessment completion and interest in improvement, and contact people who explicitly join early access. We do not sell your personal information. Assessment results are not public. Sharing a score is your choice.
Storage and service providers
This website and its assessment database are hosted on Hostinger. Your browser stores an unfinished assessment for up to seven days and pending analytics events until they can be sent. A necessary first-party cookie associates this browser with its assessment for 90 days. No advertising trackers are used.
Campaign contacts
A random campaign identifier may associate a visit with a previously supplied contact record. A visit or a historical business relationship is not treated as consent to new marketing. Campaign delivery and contact permissions are managed separately by the business.
Your choices
Optional background questions can be skipped. Providing an assessment email does not subscribe you to marketing. Early-access consent is optional and is never required to see your score. Unsubscribe using our unsubscribe page, or email career@practicalblueprints.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may ask for enough information to verify a request.
Retention
Assessment and campaign data are retained while needed to evaluate this experiment. Early-access contact information is retained while the early-access programme operates or until you request deletion. Opt-out records may be retained to prevent further marketing. Contact us for deletion; no automatic retention purge is currently applied.
Updates
Last updated 1 October 2026. Material changes to how we use early-access information will be communicated before applying them. This experiment is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
